You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live. If you buy on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to agree to these terms for that business. Please give accurate information at checkout and keep it up to date.

We sell digital educational products for short-term rental cleaners, cleaning companies, hosts and property managers, including the Airbnb Cleaning Startup Kit: editable business templates, a pricing calculator spreadsheet and a beginner training guide. Products are delivered as downloads. Nothing is shipped.

Our materials are for general education. They are not legal, tax, insurance or financial advice, and we do not promise any particular income or business result. Example prices and figures are illustrations only. You are responsible for your own business decisions and for following the laws and licensing rules where you work.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, sales tax, cancellations and refunds are handled under Paddle's Buyer Terms. Prices are shown in US dollars, and sales tax is added where required. See our Refund Policy for how refunds work.

When you buy a product, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it in your own business. You may edit the templates, add your business name and logo, and print or share completed forms with your own clients and staff.

You may not:

• resell, share, give away or republish the product files, in whole or in part;
• offer the products, or products copied from them, as your own for sale;
• share your download links or try to get around any access limits.

We keep ownership of this site and all our products, including the templates, calculator, training guide, text, design and the STR Business Academy name and branding. Buying a product gives you a licence to use it, not ownership of it.

You must not misuse this site or our products. That includes:

• using them for anything unlawful;
• fraud, spam or misleading others;
• infringing our or anyone else's copyright, trademarks or other rights;
• interfering with the site's security, including uploading malware, probing for weaknesses or scraping content.

We may suspend or end your access to the site or your downloads if you seriously breach these terms, if payment is not completed or is reversed, if there is a security or fraud risk, or if you repeatedly or seriously break our rules. If access ends, your licence to use the products ends too.

We work to keep the site and downloads available, but we cannot guarantee they will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, the site and products are provided "as is", without implied warranties such as merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost clients or lost data. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud.

You agree to cover any claims against us that arise from your unlawful use of the products or your breach of these terms.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent; we may transfer it as part of a sale or reorganisation of our business. These terms are governed by the laws of the US state in which Spitzer Home Cleaning Services LLC is organised, and disputes will be handled by the courts of that state.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
