• Free checklist signups — your email address and, if you give it, your first name. We use these to send you the checklist and occasional related emails. Our basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Purchases — your email address, the product you bought, the amount and your order reference. We use these to deliver your downloads, provide support and keep business records. Our basis is performing our contract with you and meeting legal obligations.
• Messages you send us — your name, email and what you write, so we can reply. Our basis is our legitimate interest in helping customers.
• Technical data — basic information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, recorded by our hosting provider. We use it to keep the site running and secure and to prevent fraud. Our basis is our legitimate interest in a safe, working site.

Card and payment details are collected directly by Paddle, our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card number.

• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, which handles the sale, payments, tax, invoicing and refunds.
• Service providers who host our website, database and file storage for us.
• Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, when needed.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information.

Checklist signup details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require, usually up to seven years. When we no longer need information, we delete or anonymise it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, or object to or limit how we use it. You can opt out of our emails at any time. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. To make a request, reply to any email you've received from STR Business Academy.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections, restricted access to customer records and private, time-limited download links.

We only use cookies and similar storage that are essential for the site and checkout to work, such as remembering your order so your download page loads. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, though checkout may not work without them.

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
