We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on everything STR Business Academy sells. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you bought with, or reply to your Paddle receipt email.
What happens next
Once a refund is approved, the money goes back to your original payment method. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider. After a refund, your download access ends.
